Born and raised in Burnaby, Ella has always had a deep passion for physical activity. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, where she gained expertise in assessments, advanced anatomy and physiology, and theories of health behavior, particularly in designing intervention and promotion strategies. Her volunteer experience spans working with stroke survivors and supporting children with intellectual and physical disabilities—areas she is especially passionate about. Ella loves helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds foster positive relationships with physical activity and rehabilitation. In her free time, she enjoys caring for her three bunnies, exploring nature through hiking and camping, and pushing her limits with weightlifting.
